The Digital Eagles Side Business Toolkit is sold as a downloadable digital product. It includes Excel workbooks, completed demos and PDF guides. There is no physical delivery.

When You May Request a Refund
To help us assist you efficiently, please include:
- Questions about what the ₹299 toolkit includes.
- Missing delivery emails, inaccessible download links, or damaged files.
- Opening the original workbooks, understanding demo files, and using the PDF guides.
- Problems with assessment dropdowns, formula calculations, dashboard updates or spreadsheet display.
- Refund or payment-related concerns under our Refund Policy.

What We Can Help With
Please contact us if you experience any of the following:
- Non-delivery: your payment was successful but access to purchased files was not provided and we cannot resolve it.
- Corrupt or unusable files: essential files cannot be opened or used in a supported Microsoft Excel environment despite reasonable troubleshooting or replacement.
- Material mismatch: the delivered digital product is substantially different from what was clearly described at the time of purchase.
- Duplicate payment: the same order was charged more than once.
- Other legally protected circumstances: requests that qualify for a refund or remedy under applicable consumer law.
When to Contact Us
For efficient resolution, please report an issue within 7 calendar days of purchase wherever possible. This suggested reporting window is not a waiver of any longer period or remedy that applicable law may require.
If files have not yet been delivered or access has not yet been enabled, contact us promptly to ask whether cancellation is still possible.
How to Submit a Request
- Email DigitalEaglesOfficial@gmail.com with the subject “Refund Request — Digital Eagles Toolkit”.
- Include your name, checkout email, purchase date and order/payment reference.
- Explain the issue and provide a screenshot if useful (hide private financial data and credentials).
- Allow us to verify the purchase and, where appropriate, supply a working link, replacement file or troubleshooting instructions before the request is resolved.
We aim to acknowledge messages as promptly as practicable and resolve grievances within applicable legal requirements.
Resolution & Refund Method
Depending on the facts and applicable law, we may provide a corrected file, restored access, other appropriate remedy, or a full or partial refund. Approved refunds are normally processed back through the original payment method where the payment provider supports this; the time taken to appear depends on that provider and your bank.

Please Note
Receiving a lower-than-expected assessment score, disagreeing with a business recommendation, or not earning income after using the toolkit does not by itself mean the digital files are defective. The toolkit is designed to support research and planning, not to provide guaranteed financial outcomes.
